KP-BOT (Police Robot)

KP BOT is a unique Police robot that is developed by Asimov robotics based on unique concept proposed by Kerala Police on the top of the SAYABOT platform. KP BOT is designed to provide top quality service around the clock in terms of hospitality and front office administration by overcoming the human error and limitations. However, this new positioning does not replace any human resources, rather, it can be used as the first contact point and a tool to collect the required data with which they can improve the overall serve quality and performance. The robot is ranked as sub inspector of police along with Police cap, 2 stars on shoulders and customized design and color theme to match with police uniform.

SAYA-HD (Humanoid)

is non-mobile humanoid robot torso with prosthetics. It’s capabilities & functionalities are primarily to assist people by answering queries, providing information & customer engagement through arm movements and/or ultrarealistic active huma face with silicon prosthetics and emotion synthesis

Front Office Management:-

Capable of answering FAQs and other quires of at the front desk.With human detection, capable of greeting visitors with welcoming gestures Capable of serving food /drink on a tray. However, the tray has to be fitted and loaded manually.In busy spots like Banks/airports/ malls /showrooms robot can perform random motion and answer quires of people with the help of display and verbal interaction.Robot is capable of physically guiding the visitor/ guest to a specific destination up on request.

USE CASE – BANKING/BFSI

Use Case – Banking/BFSILet’s say a customer walk into a branch,Sayabot can identify the customerthrough biometrics or RFID sensors andwarmly greet the customer by his/hername. The customer can ask bankingqueries and Sayabot will intelligentlyanswer them.

For more complex queries, it can escortthe customer to the lounge and can fetchthe relationship manager to meet thecustomer.

As Sayabot can remember customer preferences from previous interactions, it knows whether customerdrinks tea or coffee, and request the same from the pantry for the customer. The robot can also fetchsimple items like papers, cheque books etc. and hand it over to the customer.

DEPLOYMENTS 2019 – ESAF BANK

Sayabot has been deployed at ESAF Bank so as to assist with day-to-day activities in their bank lobby.

Sayabot can help you out with your banking related queries as well as take you to designated manager if so required for more complex queries.

Sayabot in the coming months will be able to facilitate certain banking related activities through integrating Banking API’s with the platform.

USE CASE - RESTAURANTS

Sayabot can be customized to work inrestaurants.

A customer can reserve a table through hisor her phone and Sayabot can be alertedof the reservation details. Upon arrival ofthe customer, Sayabot can greet thecustomer by name and escort thecustomer to the allotted table. Sayabot cantake the customer’s order and send it tothe kitchen’s order queueing system. Whenthe order is ready, Sayabot can serve thedishes ordered to the required table.

If the customer is a frequent patron, Sayabot can remember the customer’s preferences and can ask thecustomer if he or she would like the usual order. The ordering data can also be used to suggest otherdishes on the menu that the customer might like.
